The Manchester Incorporated Law Library is one of the oldest law libraries in the UK and was established in 1820.
the Library is solely funded by members’ subscriptions and receives no funding from any outside source.
we are wholly reliant on the support of our members to ensure the continued survival of this wonderful resource.
WE ARE A PRIVATE NOT FOR PROFIT INSTITUTION AND WE RELY WHOLLY UPON AND ARE SOLELY FUNDED BY MEMBERS SUBSCRIPTIONS.
IT IS FOR THIS REASON WE CANNOT OFFER FREE FACILITIES TO NON SUBSCRIBERS.
We do not offer day pass memberships.
The Library has relocated to premises on Booth St in Manchester.
